Shipping & Returns
Our prices are quoted in Sterling for delivery to the UK Mainland only.
If the item is in stock we will despatch your order within 24 hours of payment clearing - but please allow up to 3 days for delivery. Should there be any problems with your order, we will contact you immediately to notify you of the delay. Should this be unsatisfactory we will, without any delay, offer you a full refund.
Delivery from £10 + VAT dependent on destination and weight of order.
Returns & Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you wish to return your product(s) to us, please return your delivery note with details of the product(s) you wish to return and indicate whether you would like a replacement or refund. Subject to goods and all packaging being returned in "as new" and unopened condition and complete with all packaging and any accessories originally supplied, we offer a no quibble 7 day refund or replacement guarantee within 30 days on most products, except:
- Audio Accessories having ear inserts
- Customisable goods not normally stocked by 2 Way Radio Shop and have been ordered by 2 Way Radio Shop solely for the purpose of the cancelled order.
After 7 days from receipt of the product(s) a restocking fee will be deducted from any refund at 20% of the total invoiced amount including initial delivery charge and if applicable the cost of collecting any goods incurred by 2 Way Radio Shop where the goods on testing are found not to be faulty.
An insured, tracked delivery method (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) must be used to return product(s) to:

Please be aware that Royal Mail Recorded Delivery will only offer compensation up to £27 should a package not be delivered and therefore is not recommended for returning handsets. Royal Mail Special Delivery or another suitable carrier must be used to return handsets or other goods over £40.00. At our discretion, we may deduct our delivery costs from any refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Errors & Cancellations
If there are any errors or shortages in your order call 01642 566661 or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order.
There is no charge for withdrawing an order prior to the despatch of your products.
To cancel an order call 01642 566661 or email email@example.com quoting your order, delivery and invoice number and the reason for cancellation. Goods must be unopened and customers must take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession and both goods and packaging must be returned in resalable condition. Carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.
