6  Can I trial the radios before I buy?
If you are unsure on which radio to purchase we can arrange for a trial for you, this will enable you to set your mind at ease that you are purchasing the right radio solution for you and your business. We do charge a small deposit which is refundable when you purchase.
7  Do you offer a rental option?
Yes, we do! Our rental options include a managed service which can be 3 or 5 years long. Radios, infrastructure, and installation are included in the rental cost. A managed service include:
- Yearly preventative maintenance check
- Ofcom Licence application and management
- All programming
- Telephone technical support
- Accidental damage
- Repairs, adjustments, and restorations
- Software support and product updates, if applicable
We can also hire radios on a weekly basis, this is ideal for short-term radio usage (shutdowns, events etc), the radios are typically programmed to our hire frequencies, (we are able to programme to your frequencies, but we would need to see sight of your Ofcom licence).
