To ensure you purchase the most suitable radio for your needs, please contact us 0800 328 0100 to discuss your requirements and we will advise you to ensure you select the radio that is suitable for you.
3  Do I need a licence?
Ofcom state on their website: “If you use a radio system for your business, you need a licence from Ofcom. Business radio users range from taxi companies and factories to hospitals, care homes, industrial sites, and transport operators”.
There is one exception with 2 Way Radios classed as ‘licence free’ these are 2-way radios which use the radio frequency 446 MHz, these radios are not as powerful as licenced radios and are only recommend for leisure use.
Please contact us 0800 328 0100 for further advice or to apply for your licence on your behalf.
4  Can you program my radios?
Yes we can! To do this we are required to have a copy of your licence that has been provided by Ofcom. If you have already have radios and want to ensure that your new radios are programmed exactly the same we able to clone these, again we would need a copy of your Ofcom licence to enable us to do this.
5  Do you offer a rental option?
Yes, we do! Our rental options include a managed service which can be 3 or 5 years long. Radios, infrastructure, and installation are included in the rental cost. A managed service include:
- Yearly preventative maintenance check

We can also hire radios on a weekly basis, this is ideal for short-term radio usage (shutdowns, events etc), the radios are typically programmed to our hire frequencies, (we are able to programme to your frequencies, but we would need to see sight of your Ofcom licence).
