Maintenance

Ofcom recommends, in their "Code of Practice", that radio equipment be inspected for compliance with licensing regulations - at least annually.

We offer bespoke maintenance programmes for fixed and terminal equipment that covers the care of general day to day repairs at a pre-agreed price. Any maintenance agreement covers an annual inspection of all equipment and a site visit to inspect fixed equipment free of charge. Insurance plans may also be added to a programme thus replacing any equipment that may be beyond economical repair. Many of our customers find a preventative maintenance solution useful in avoiding escalating repair costs to ageing radio equipment and for fixed-rate financial planning purposes. It also improves the turnaround time of any faulty equipment as no authorisation or purchase orders need to be sought or approved before a repair is progressed. This provides the end-user with an efficient process and is very cost effective. Our maintenance programmes can be designed to cover:
