2 Way Radio Shop was established in 1986 to provide a quality supply and maintenance support service for two-way radio equipment for Industrial companies in the North East of England.
The company's strength is based on solving communications problems and we place a strong emphasis on offering long term bespoke solutions rather than short term off-the-shelf answers.
In everything we do, we have always been committed to high quality standards. Our quality system is accredited to BSEN ISO9001: 2000, which covers the system design process as well as build, installation and maintenance.
So far as we are aware, 2 Way Radio Shop is the only radio company in the North to have achieved this standard of quality accreditation. In addition, we also hold RQAS accreditation.
Development of the company has resulted in steady growth to the extent that we now supply, install and maintain radio equipment to a wide range of industries both locally and nation-wide.
